Following the weekend’s government announcement, and after taking independent advice, our stores and showrooms will be temporarily closed to the public from Thursday 5th November until at least Wednesday 2nd December.

However, we are delighted to announce that some operations will continue! Our phone lines, emails and online chats will be manned throughout during normal opening hours, and we can help you with non-contact collection or delivery for any of the in-stock items available at our Gainsborough showrooms. Our experienced carpet fitting tradesmen can also continue to lay your beautiful new flooring, where customers are happy to have us, with strict social distancing and PPE in place.

As an 118 year old family business, the health and well-being of our customers and staff has always been of the highest importance to us, and that will continue, working responsibly and within the current restrictions at all times.
